Here's another build with a bunch of improvements and fixes! Going to be trying to release these more frequently now that everyone is not working on their MMC stuff anymore.

Tweaks:
- Auto initialize Project Babble driver when Baballonia is running or installed in default location- Supress SRAnipal driver when ReVision is detected to be running
- This is open source tool to get Vive Pro Eye tracking camera feeds and can be used to replace SRAnipal when paired with Babble:
- Flush logs when shutdown is initiated
-- This should prevent some cases where part is missing due to shutdown getting stuck
Optimizations:
- Switched many entities' GUIDs from v4 to v7 (implemented by @Gawdl3y)-- This should speed up many database lookups and writes as time goes on
Locale:
- Merged German locale update by @muppeq - Merged Chinese locale update by @modimobeikete
Fixes:
- Ensure that a Session Orb's session URLs are kept up to date from the Session (reported by @probableprime, issue #6310, fixed by @probableprime)-- This fixes session orbs only having one session url when opened which could have been an incompatible protocol with your setup. E.g. Only Steam shown, Steam disabled.
- Fixed avatar creation breaking when only BipedRig is present, but IK or Rig components are missing
- Fixed screenshot file names saved to local system using UTC time instead of local time zone (reported by @kokoa, issue #264)
